The Fat Tyre Festival is an iconic event held each June long weekend in Melrose, a beautiful town at the base of Mount Remarkable in the southern Flinders ranges. Mountain bike riders of all ages and abilities come together for two days of mountain biking, food, music and family-friendly fun.

Join group and guided rides and skills clinics and test your skills on the trails around the town. After a ride, chill out with stalls, food, live music and plenty of entertainment. Get creative with community craft workshops and keep the kids busy learning new bike skills, BMX shows and street games.
