The original Jacka Brothers Brewery has been transformed into three styles of boutique accommodation:

Brewers Cottage
The Brewer’s Cottage is a fully self-contained, comfortably appointed two-bedroom cottage on the grounds of Jacka Brothers Brewery, the brewery’s original cooper’s cottage. Featuring a country kitchen with all the culinary tools necessary to delight the foodie, you will be perfectly equipped to prepare and enjoy the produce of the Southern Flinders Ranges in your own kitchen.

Brewery Guesthouse
Experience rural history in contemporary comfort in the four-bedroom Brewery Guesthouse. The Brewery Guesthouse stands a few minutes’ walk from the Melrose main street and is surrounded by character laden, heritage listed buildings that, over the last four years have been lovingly restored. The Brewery’s original bottling shed (1895 to 1934) and then a shearing shed (1935 to 2018) has been transformed into modern and stylish boutique accommodation.

Remarkable Mountain Lodges
