Entry fees, passes, guides, safety & more

A new system for paying park entry fees and booking campsites has been introduced and is now operational at all parks. Park passes can also be booked in visitor centres.

It's recommended to book prior to travelling to the region, as connectivity and phone service can be limited.

Visit www.parks.sa.gov.au for updates as other parks are added to the system. You can also purchase park passes – including Desert Parks Passes – download guides and maps, get the latest fire and personal safety information, and explore a wide range of accommodation.

Call (08) 8204 1910 or the Desert Parks information line on (08) 8648 5328.
