Flinders Gin is a family-run distillery in Quorn, the gateway to South Australia’s spectacular Flinders Ranges. Housed within beautifully restored 1890s stables typical of the region, the venue blends heritage charm with a contemporary visitor experience.

Owner and Master Distiller Alby Trotta and the team craft and triple-distil their own spirits using a curated selection of botanicals, including arid-land natives grown and wild harvested in the region. Native ingredients such as Quandong, Desert Lime and Native Lemongrass capture the distinctive flavours and character of the Flinders Ranges.

Visitors are invited to discover the stories, flavours and spirit-making process through guided tastings and local insights shared by knowledgeable staff.

Open seven days a week year-round, the tasting rooms are heated and cooled, dog friendly and overlook “Myrtle”, the beautifully polished copper still at the heart of the distillery. The venue seats up to 64 guests and welcomes independent travellers, coach tours, small and large groups, and pre-booked events.
